There are 2 plans: Level 1 and Level 2.
For each plan, you can choose to pay every month or every year (yearly is the best deal).
This is a recurring membership, so it will charge every month/year until you cancel.
Yes! For Level 1 membership, there is a 7 day free trial.
After 7 days, you will be charged and join the regular membership unless you cancel.
There is no free trial for Level 2. However, you can easily upgrade to Level 2 in your account settings later.
